Q. Where is the show?
A. The Stafford shows are held at the Staffordshire County Showground (ST18 0BD). Directions can be found HERE.

Q. Can I buy advance tickets?
A. Advance tickets can be bought by calling our customer services team on 01507 529529 or by visiting the website.

Q. Do I get in quicker if I have bought my ticket in advance?
A. This does save time as there is no need to queue at the ticket booth. You should proceed straight to the gate.

Q. I am bringing my disabled friend, do I pay for a carer?
A. Your friend will need to purchase a ticket but, as a carer, you will be admitted free of charge.

Q. Is there disabled parking and if so do I need a Blue Badge?
A. Disabled parking areas are clearly signposted at all our shows. If you are unsure where to go please ask the security guard at the gate. We ask that you display your Blue Badge.

Q. How far is it to walk to the show from the disabled parking area? Is the ground level?
A. Each gate has a designated disabled parking area in the car park. The showground covers 70 acres of both hard standing and agricultural land so appropriate planning is required for mobility at the show.

Q. Can I hire a wheelchair or mobility scooter when I get to the showground?
A. Unfortunately, we do not hire out wheelchairs or mobility scooters at any of our shows.

Q. Is there a cash machine at the show?
A. A cash machine is located in the main hall foyer.

Q. Is there camping on site?
A. There is camping for visitors at both our Stafford shows. You MUST purchase camping tickets in advance by ringing Customer Services on 01507 529529.

Q. Can I get power to my caravan?
A. Please contact our show office and we can put you in touch with the electricians on the site and you can book it in with them directly.

Q. Are there any shower facilities?
A. Yes, there are shower facilities and toilets open 24 hours.

Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. Friendly dogs are welcome on a lead.

Q. At what age are people classed as Senior?
A. 65 years old.

Q. How close can I get to the show to collect the parts I have bought?
A. Large items can be collected from the Weston or Stafford (trade) gates on foot only. If you wish to collect items in vehicles this can only be done after 6pm on Saturday and 5pm on Sunday.

Q. Is there a bus service to and from Stafford?
A. Unfortunately, there is no bus service to the showground. Taxis can be booked by phone and met at either the Weston or Stafford gates or at the main gate on the car park side only.

Q. Can I book my catering unit at the shows?
A. No, all catering at the shows is organised by the showground.

Q. What time does the show open?
A. The show opens at 9am on both days.
